However, we believe it is convenient to explain the changes that have occurred in the shipping methods so that you can better understand the tracking information of your orders.

Previously, all shipments were made from airports in Hong Kong, a city with a large number of international connections and very close to China. However, after the outbreak of the pandemic, customs inspections were tightened to try to prevent the export of low-quality medical supplies. Therefore, we had to look for alternative routes.

At the moment, the airport with the most international connections and with lax customs inspections is located in the city of Dubai, so all orders are sent there to, from its airport, make the shipment to your address. From the moment we send you the tracking information of your order, it has been sent. However, the label of the express company (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) will only show the last part of the journey, that is, from Dubai to your address. While the package is on its way from our warehouses to Dubai, the status will be "Shipping label created", "Confirmed" or something similar. Also, if you contact these companies, they may tell you that they have not received the package from us, which is technically true for this journey.
